Description: Ant-Man and the Wasp: A Dual-Audio Adventure in IMAX Quality
The story begins in 1987, with Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and his wife Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) preparing for a mission while leaving their young daughter Hope (Madeleine McGraw) in the care of their housekeeper. As Ant-Man and the Wasp, they shrink themselves to prevent a Soviet nuclear missile from exploding on American soil. However, they face a challenge when they can’t shrink small enough to navigate through steel plates. Janet sacrifices herself by going subatomic to disarm the missile, but she becomes lost in the Quantum Realm and is presumed dead. Years later, after Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), the new Ant-Man, successfully returns from the Quantum Realm, Hank reveals to Hope (now played by Evangeline Lilly) that there might be a way to rescue Janet.
In the present day, Scott is under house arrest for violating the Sokovia Accords during his involvement with Captain America in Germany. He spends his days entertaining his daughter Cassie (Abby Ryder Fortson) with creative setups, including a slide that extends out of his house. Unfortunately, Scott accidentally breaches his perimeter, prompting a visit from FBI Agent Jimmy Woo (Randall Park). After an inspection, Woo leaves satisfied, and Cassie departs with her mother Maggie (Judy Greer) and stepfather Paxton (Bobby Cannavale).
With just three days left of his house arrest, Scott tries to keep himself occupied. During a dream, he experiences a memory of Janet playing Hide and Seek with a young Hope. Intrigued, Scott calls Hank, despite their strained relationship, to share this unusual vision.
