With a nearby town and thousands of lives at stake, Mack races against time to prevent disaster.
The tension escalates as the hostage situation includes a pregnant employee and a group of school children visiting the plant. Mack teams up with Tommy, a security guard hesitant to risk his life for the dam, to take on the mercenaries. Together, they fight to save innocent lives and stop the impending destruction.
