These incidents are suspected to be premeditated murders, prompting Section 9 to explore potential terrorist or political motives. At a homicide scene, technology specialist Ishikawa identifies the victim as Jack Walkson, a consignment officer at gynoid manufacturer LOCUS SOLUS.
