Genre: Comedy;Romance
Description: Rick and Fred, two best friends, find themselves stuck in unfulfilling marriages with their wives, Grace and Maggie. Longing for their carefree single days, they express their frustrations, leading Grace and Maggie to grant them a “hall pass”—a one-week opportunity to pursue relationships with other women. Eager to make the most of this chance, Rick and Fred team up with their friends Gary, Flats, and Hog Head to explore their newfound freedom. Meanwhile, Maggie and Grace decide to embrace the concept of hall passes as well.

On the first day of their week-long adventure, Rick and Fred plan to visit a local bar but end up too exhausted after a heavy meal to stay out late. The next day, they consume hash brownies and head to a golf course, only to get excessively high and cause chaos during their game. Day three sees them at a bar with their friends, attempting to attract women but failing miserably. After drinking to calm their nerves, they end up in a bar fight and spend the following day nursing their hangovers.

By day five, Rick visits his favorite coffee shop and flirts with Leigh, an attractive waitress, which angers her coworker Brent, who has feelings for her. Later, Rick meets Leigh at her gym and is invited for a drink after their workout. However, he falls asleep in the hot tub for hours, leaving his muscles too weak to move and requiring assistance from two strangers. Meanwhile, Grace grows closer to Gerry, and Maggie finds herself drawn to Gerry’s coach.

On the sixth day, Rick and Fred accompany their single friend Coakley to a bar, where Rick encounters Paige, his children’s babysitter, who has just turned 21 and is celebrating with her aunt Meg. Although Paige shows interest in Rick, he declines her advances to focus on Leigh. Later, Rick attends a party at Coakley’s place, while Fred takes a woman back to his hotel room. However, she falls ill, leading Fred to send her home in a taxi before anything happens between them.

The film follows their humorous and often chaotic attempts to navigate their hall pass week, exploring themes of freedom, relationships, and self-discovery.
