Description: The story revolves around a notorious serial killer, Rudra, who had been declared dead five years ago, disrupting the peace in Bengaluru through a series of kidnappings. Anurag Kashyap portrays this menacing figure, who resurfaces and declares himself as Rudra. CBI officer Anjali Vikramadithyan, played by Nayanthara, is assigned to handle the case, having dealt with Rudra’s crimes in the past. In a parallel narrative in Chennai, Anjali’s brother, Dr. Arjun Prabakar (Atharvaa), faces relationship troubles with Krithika Rao (Raashi Khanna). To reconcile, Arjun and his friend Vinoth (Ramesh Thilak) travel to Bengaluru, only to be drawn into the deadly game between Rudra and Anjali.
The situation intensifies when Rudra kidnaps Krithika, demanding a ransom from her father and framing Arjun as the killer. This complicates matters further, leading to Anjali’s suspension and her family being placed under house arrest. Officer Narayan (Devan) takes charge of the investigation. After uncovering a series of clues, Arjun deduces that ACP Martin Roy is the new Rudra, attempting to kill Krithika. However, during a confrontation, Martin reveals he is not the real Rudra and was close to uncovering the true identity. Suspended and betrayed, Martin had gone rogue, mimicking Rudra’s crimes. Ultimately, he discloses that Anjali herself is the actual Rudra, adding a shocking twist to the story.
