Anand, an IT professional, relocates from Bangalore to Thiruvananthapuram with his pregnant wife, Binu Thrivikraman. During a routine police check in their neighborhood, Anand discovers that Binu’s name has been added to the “KAAPA” list (Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act), which includes local gangsters. Concerned for her safety, Anand sends Binu to his hometown to ensure a secure pregnancy.
Determined to clear his wife’s name, Anand seeks help from Arun, a police constable. He soon uncovers Binu’s secret involvement in a gang and her rivalry with Kotta Madhu, a notorious gangster and aspiring politician responsible for her brother’s death. Anand gains Madhu’s trust to aid Binu’s case. Meanwhile, he learns that a reporter named Latheef has hired goons to target Madhu. Anand informs Prameela, who warns Madhu, leading to the goons being beaten and Latheef fearing retaliation.
Anand travels to Binu’s hometown to organize their baby’s naming ceremony. Latheef approaches Anand, revealing his feud with Madhu, which caused his cousin Nazeer’s exile to the UAE. He urges Anand to broker a truce between Madhu and himself for peace. Reluctantly, Madhu agrees and attends the meeting, but he is killed in a bomb blast planted by a boy whose life was ruined by Madhu’s actions.
This gripping narrative explores justice, rivalry, and the lengths one will go to protect their loved ones.
