When the kidnapper escapes and threatens their family, Ram intervenes to protect his brothers, earning the doctor’s respect. The doctor then adopts all five boys and raises them as his own.
The story shifts to the present, where Ram dreams of defeating Raja Bhai Munna, a powerful dictator from Bihar. Upon waking, he reflects on his close-knit family, which includes his four brothers, their wives, and their children.
